Breakfast was very delicious. Variety of cuisine was available in Breakfast. Staff was polite and provided us on table service also. Breakfast was having Maharatrian, SouthIndian , NorthIndian as well as continental dishes.

Location . Mostly the customer service provided by the honest staff , be it at the reception , the buffet servers , the rooftop restaurant waiters or most importantly the cleaners of the room

Rooms were quite comfortable, spacious and clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Washroom was clean and hot water was available all the time. The food was hygiene , tasty and served quick.

Breakfast was ok. Space for breakfast is bit crunched...so at times you may have to wait to get seats. Menu is repeatedly same....but delicious. Overall I will rate 8 to 9 out of 10.

I'm not happy with dining staff, not experienced and rude . In the morning, when I go for breakfast, staff they Don't bother. There is a table available or not . need to ask them plz clean the table they don't change water bottles, and I'm not happy with service .

Its clean. The breakfast buffet is very very sumptous. As is the Dinner buffet. The room looked more spacious in the photographs.

Food was great. Staff was congenial. Hotel cooperated in allowing my car and luggage to be left behind for 3 days as I travelled to another place.

Suraj at the front desk was super helpful, we arrived early as our road journey finished much before anticipated. Suraj made sure we had our room without much wait and he upgraded seeing how fatigued we were 😊
